Toyota VIN Decoder

This VIN decode is very much an early work-in-progress. It currently only recognizes Toyota VINs, versus the general VIN decoder here.

I was prompted to write this when I was shopping for a pre-owned Toyota and was trying to determine a car's specifics by only looking at its VIN.
